04/10/2026 - Just before 9:00 PM, crews from WCFD were dispatched to the 700 block of East Union Street in West Goshen Township for a reported mulch fire. Upon arrival, firefighters located a small section of mulch smoldering in front of a business. Crews quickly extinguished the fire without incident.
04/16/2026 - At 6:21 PM, the WCFD was dispatched to the 1600 block of Skiles Blvd for an odor investigation after a caller reported smoke alarms sounding along with a burning smell. Crews arrived and conducted a thorough search of the residence, ultimately determining the source to be burnt food. All units cleared the scene a short time later.
